  • Elaine Chung

    CEO & LEAD FACILITATOR

    A leadership strategist and expert in play neuroscience, team psychology, and organizational behavior, Elaine has worked with organizations to transform workplace collaboration. With experience spanning corporate leadership, startups, and organizational psychology, she blends research on team dynamics, play neuroscience, and authenticity to help leaders build cultures where people do their best work together.

    Author of “The Illusion of Authenticity”, Elaine blends research on team dynamics, play neuroscience, and authenticity to show how our values shape the unspoken “operating principles” that guide us at work. Elaine sparks a shift in how we view authenticity—not as simply “being yourself,” but as intentionally understanding and integrating the identities that influence how we show up. By embracing this deeper approach, leaders can foster the trust and creativity that come naturally to children at play.

    Elaine holds a B.S. from Duke University and an MBA from the University of Southern California.

  • Jamie Sun

    EXECUTIVE RESILIENCE COACH

    With over 20 years of experience in management consulting, human resources, and corporate wellness, Jamie integrates her skills, knowledge, and global mindset to help others face challenges, embrace change, and reach their goals. Her approach integrates the science of well-being to create transformative experiences for her clients.

    Jamie's career spans global corporations and entrepreneurial ventures. She has held executive HR positions at Sony Pictures Entertainment and Goldman Sachs. Jamie began her career in consulting, with projects in Asia, U.S., and U.K., and later pursued start-up opportunities in the health and fitness industry. She is also co-founder of Positive Sports Education, a non-profit focused on helping youth develop resilience, teamwork, and a growth mindset through sports.

    Jamie holds a Master of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, MBA from INSEAD and Bachelors of Science in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University.
